It was a little unsettling to read a book where everyone becomes rosy for the main character right at the beginning; I worry that things will be downhill and depressing for the remainder. However, I did become involved in the characters and enjoyed their story.

Probably rated PG-13. Tara Road has characters who have no problem committing adultery; to them, it's no big deal. But others have to deal with the hurt that those unfaithful loved ones caused. I love Ria's line after she's been given some rather bad financial news. Look for it to she what she values most!
