    <body><![CDATA[Again, did the audiobook. Not bad; not great. I guess after Power of Now it was hard to impress me. His insights, voice, and suggestions are helpful though. I think I just wasn't in the mood and didn't find it as useful as Power of Now. It is not, however, a waste of time. If you like to meditate and reflect but haven't found much success with it, then I suggest this as a means to help. ]]></body>
