I just finished this one and was really impressed how the author dealt with the all-too-real issues of depression in teenagers. Eliot does a great job of mixing the real social issues in with light-hearted humor and makes you fall in love with her characters. Hunter and Vere seemed so real and I loved the way Eliot really delved into their internal thoughts and feelings! This one had me laughing and crying and I loved the sweet romance. Unmaking Hunter Kennedy is a definite recommend.
