As a fan of "chick lit," I can say that I really enjoyed this novel. I finished it in just under two days.
The main character Tracy is going through many life changes.
While her boyfriend is away acting in Summer Stock, Tracy decides to reinvent herself. Except she doesn't exactly do it the right way. Tracy basically starves herself and smokes in an attempt to lose weight. That's my only beef. It's not really realistic to lose 40 pounds in 11 weeks.
However, she does eventually discovers who she really is, and I give her Kudo for that! Overall, I would say that book is an easy, enjoyable read.
