It might be a slim volume but the thing about slim volumes that you read over and over again, learning something new with each revisitation, they tend to be good books, in hindsight.

Even in Kindle format the book loses none of its power because you can take it with you everywhere with all your other books to steal from and be inspired by. I'm not a very analogue guy who feels like he has to reconnect with pen and paper, because the method of sitting down in my bedroom making great works on a computer is just how my brain rolls, but they do offer sage advice on looking after yourself properly and getting out more here.

Highly recommended.
