    <body><![CDATA[This was a great book about fitness and weightlifting. I'm using the tools in it to begin a 3 day a week weight lifting regimen to compliment my cardio beginning tonight. my best estimate is that within a year i will be able to chop down a 1000 year old maple tree...with my fist.]]></body>
