I think the Jane Yellowrock books just keep getting better. This was my favorite of the series. I know some people have complained about Jane losing her "edge" and becoming soft, but I think she's becoming more relateable and understanding. She's forced to think more about her choices, decisions, and relationships. I really liked the new character editions of the Younger brothers. This book was non-stop action, intrigue, and activity - from the moles, to the plague, to the pending war. And through it all, Jane is forced to come to terms with many things from her recent and distant past. I can't wait to see what happens next!
