    <body><![CDATA[Schuler has an annoying writing style and I think he underestimates how intimidating the entire barbell section of the gym is to women.  The book briefly mentions the fact that women are more prone to sports related injuries, but it doesn't adequately address proper precautions women should take.  <br/><br/>I really do like the workout plan.  Most every move in the book uses multiple muscle groups.  This means you can get a complete workout and be out of the gym in an hour.  I skipped the food section.]]></body>
