really liked it
Read in January, 2009

I started reading The cat who series 9 years ago. I quickly read all of Lillian Braun's book and thoroughly enjoyed all of them.

This one left me a little sad as Polly took a job in Paris for 3 years and Quill's barn burnt down. I was wondering if Lillian was bringing an end to her stories.

I researched online and discovered that she is getting up in years and her health may be taking a toll on. Her books are good, clean mysteries without the blood and gore and the cat Koko always help solve the case. The local town characters are in each book. Sometimes extended family of newcomers are added for a particular story, but you can pick up any book and get into it.

If this was to be her last book, I am sad. But I have truely enjoyed all of her stories.
