Read from April 16 to 17, 2013

This book definitely got better as it progressed. Vee is trying to figure out who is getting into her head and her body, as she has been waking up driving and in the rain at her mother's gravesite. She comes to the conclusion that someone else knows how to "slide" and is sliding into her. She thinks this person is out to kill her as she could've been killed when she woke up driving her father's car into a pole.

Then there is Rollins, her best friend who she has come to have real feelings for. She's pretty sure he likes her too, but then there's Anna, the new girl he befriends while working nights at a radio station. Vee is definitely jealous of their relationship.

And to add to her angst, her aunt comes to town. this is a woman she has never met, as her mother had a fight with her when they were teenagers and her aunt left, never to be seen or heard from again. And now she has invited herself into their house and into their lives. Vee is extremely suspicious that maybe her aunt has the ability to slide and maybe she is responsible for taking over her body.

This book is full of mystery as well as a who did it murder as well. Worth the read even though it started off a little slow.
