Love this book. It begins in the old Chicago Public Library (sweet home), with Jane trying to give a lecture to a crowd heckling her because she's a woman. She chats with Edgar Rice Burroughs, such a fun way to frame it And she's off on her African adventure... she's REALLY strong, not just some romance heroine seeing everything in terms of Tarzan. And the author's use of the language really evokes the Edwardian period. Such a fun fall read.
