I absolutely loved this account of the Titanic's journey told from different perspectives. I have always had interest in the Titanic and it's sinking, and the historical background involved. So, I was leery that this book wouldn't do it for me. But, I was happily mistaken. I loved how each page was a different person's (or iceberg/rat's) story of their journey before, during, and after the Titatnic. I felt like I really got to know the characters, and I could've been right there with them on each of their trips to the United States. I also loved how the iceberg had a voice, and was basically an ominous warning of the disaster to come. Overall, I think that this book is a great read for anyone who has interest in the Titanic, as it still has the historical context but also adds a twist. I also think that those who don't have this interest would be intrigued and become interested just from this novel!
