did not like it
bookshelves: fiction
Read in January, 1988 , read count: 1

Oh, my. Read in book group. Don't think anyone liked it. It was dreary, and, to be utterly ethnocentric, it felt very, very foreign, very distant, very hard to understand.

Bivy López Could be for you! If you are not Latin, you would barely understand it. It's not a book for everyone, specially because it's hard to follow. If you read it in English it oculus be worse even... If you read it in Spanish it would had more sense. Austurias won Literature Nobel
Prize for this, so for sure if you can not understand what dictators are you would not be able to understand the panorama as a whole.

Bivy López And of course is hard to follow is not like that American or where shitty drama literature. Those writers like him made us think and move with the book, if we could follow the story line
