Read in March, 2009

While many challenging, nasty, heartbreaking moments occur in Wally Lamb's books, I find them life-affirming. They resonate with me, partly, I think, because he is in my generation, and notices many of the same things I do. So he's good company. While the book is long, I know I'll miss it when the book is over, so I don't get impatient.
