** spoiler alert **
Won a copy via the publisher on First-Reads.

I normally don't like being overly critical of books, but seriously, take two 1/2 angels who cannot fall in love or they lose their souls (why, I have no EFFING clue), add in the most whiny indecisive teen girl EVER, put them through some random generic situational awkwardness, then on a boat (yes ON A BOAT) to go cross-ocean for some secret 'mission', and have the 3 in the love 'triangle' basically complain about it every other paragraph, and I just summarized the first 50 pages. The beginning covers almost NOTHING from the first book, so if you haven't read it, reading this one is like trying to put together a puzzle blindfolded. Nothing personal against the author, but if you're not a young girl, and ESPECIALLY if you haven't read the first book, I would not recommend this.

1.5 stars: 1 star + 1/2 because well, the first book MIGHT have been good.
