ok, so I didn't really like this book. Why? Because it talked a lot about sex and it was darker than the first one. Also, it said some things about religion that were just... well ok it said that Christmas is based on pagan views. Which I admit it is, but though the date we celebrate Christ's birth is pagan, that doesn't mean that everything about the holiday is evil. Good things happen at Christmas time, people are nice and they seem like they're in a good mood. Also I love that many people do service during those times more readily than normal (which I agree shouldn't be the case but it is). So if a pagan holiday can bring about so much good, then I say, let's celebrate it. I mean if I was getting rid of a holiday it would be Halloween, hey anyone who has been in the castro on halloween night knows what I'm talking about!

Sarah Pagan does not mean evil.

Inclover i don't know how you got the idea that I was saying pagan = evil. I didn't say that nor did I mean to imply that. sorry if what I said offended you in any way.

Sarah Nah, it's just a commonly held misconception and those tend to annoy me. You said "...but though the date we celebrate Christ's birth is pagan, that doesn't mean that everything about the holiday is evil" which made me think you were equating the two. Have a nice day and thanks for your reply :)
