Great colored pencils of architecture and sky, neat observations, and very fine composition. But sometimes klonky rhymes and rather poor depictions of people and non-crow animals. On the other hand (that's the third hand if you've been keeping count), this book contains probably the first instance of roadkill I have seen in a picture book. So that's a plus.
