This is the second book in the John Ceepak mystery series, set in Sea Haven, New Jersey. In this book, when Danny and his friends are hanging out, preparing for the Labor Day fair, someone hits them with a paintball. But when there's bullets aiming for them, it's not for fun. Someone is out to get them, making Danny and his friends prime targets of a sniper. When one of his friends get shot and another one is murdered, it's more than random hits...it's personal, especially with 1996 Derek Jeter baseball trading cards as clues, along with comics. It's up to Danny and Ceepak to find out who's the sniper. And when they find him, they'll find out another surprise with a shocking twist. Another great mystery for a quick read.
