First chapter and you know you're reading a paranormal romance unlike any other. First impression and I know I'm already THERE, already digging the story. Why? Because I love when an author can combine real-world problems with supernatural problems, and the main female character of NEVERLOVE is dealing with a terrible, tragic, real-world problem--which the author deals with very well.

Second impression comes when the main male character is introduced and he also has a very real, very different real-world problem. And with him, we get a lovely twist that is completely unique to this story and WORKS. Want a reason--a good reason--to fall for the bad boy? Try NEVERLOVE's Basil. After this you'll wonder what you ever saw in those other stories' bad boys.

This book kept me turning the page, faster and faster, to find out what would happen. It's billed as an angel/demon story and yes there are demons, but I promise you, you have not read anything like this book.

NEVERLOVE blew my mind, kept me on the edge of my seat and gave me everything I wanted in a young adult paranormal romance. I will be anxiously awaiting book two!
