I enjoy this author for the uniqueness of her stand-alone novels. All of them leave their own mark, and the characters stay with you in different ways, all memorable.

This book lives up to all the rest. The concept of the ails of future-sight isn't something that hasn't been touched on before, but the characters in this book play it up in such a way that turns of events do keep you wondering. Each of the characters are real and believable; you can identify with them and you can feel for them. (That's another appreciable thing about this author- her characters aren't heroes, but they do heroic things).

In terms of the story arc, the resolution is clever, if not a tad predictable. But I suppose that can be said about most books. All in all, this was a really fun read. I continue to enjoy this author!
