really liked it

A lot of this book is commonsense, but with every management-type book I read, I learn a little something.

I loved his comment about hiring the best, not just the best available - hire someone that you would be willing to work for someday.

I also liked his suggestion that the new hires colleagues should have a chance to meet him/her during the interview process - possibly providing a tour of the building, showing some of the basic responsibilities, etc.

Also really liked the emphasis on appreciation and encouragement of employees.

Overall - good advice with a Disney twist.
