Read from September 24 to 25, 2012 — I own a copy, read count: 1

I was fortunate enough to win a copy of Burning Blue from Goodreads (my very first!),and i'm pleased to be able to say that i really liked this book. Even though i'm not a teenager and this isn't normally my favorite genre, i was involved from the very first page and was never disappointed right up to the end. The pacing was great, the story & characters were believable and there were plenty of surprises along the way.

Burning Blue is a very satisfying read.

My only reservation and the reason i didn't give it the last star was because at times i found myself a little lost as to who was who among the supporting characters, especially as the action heated up and more folks were involved in advancing the plot. Really, though, it was a minor issue and i really enjoyed this book. I would highly recommend it to anyone, whether teen or adult. I'll definitely be checking out this author's other works.
