Shannon It's pretty heavily sociological, which is frustrating. Just a different approach, one that has limited use for me. But, you may be interested in one of his biggest arguments - that congregations in the US are marked most importantly by singing/music - and that it is this part of worship that makes religious congregations "religious" instead of just secular.
