As with any other anthology, some stories were good, some ok and some ho-hum.

There is a new Sookie story in this collection for those who are fans of hers. She's taking cupcakes to her "nephew's" kindergarden class for a holiday treat. Unfortunately, as is true for ANY anthology about "the horrors of attending school" the party has an uninvited "guest."

Ilona Andrews has a short story set in her Kate Daniels world. Kate makes a VERY brief appearance in it, but most of the action is from the pov of her ward Julie.

There is also a story in this collection set in Faith Hunter's Jane Yellowrock world.

Those were the 3 stories that I enjoyed the most and that "stuck in my mind" the most.

The others ranged from OK down to "well, that's 10 minutes of my life I'll never get back" bad. Still, worth having for the 3 stories that I listed above.
