Kelly H. (Maybedog) Would I understand and enjoy this without reading Old Man's War? I really am not as fond of the military stuff but the premise sounds intriguing. How much of this is battle?

Jon There are fewer battles and the ones you experience are of the special ops flavor. This novel stands alone very well and is at least as good as the first novel.

Kelly H. (Maybedog) OK, I'm adding it to my to-read list. Sigh, the ever growing mountain I will ever climb...

Scott I'll pass on your review
