it was amazing
Read from September 02 to 05, 2012 — I own a copy

This book opens with Cork O'Connor out hunting with a childhood friend who is running for governor of Minnesota. The friend is shot and killed with an arrow that appears to be Cork's. Cork is suspected of killing his friend and starts his own investigation. I LOVE this series. It is one of my favorites. Krueger's writing is so engaging. His narrative is so beautifully written, that I often find myself stopping to re-read passages and savor the prose. He is a master at describing setting and creating real-life three dimensional characters. Trickster's Point is one of the best books in this series. My only disappointment is now I have a long wait for another Krueger book.
