I was torn up on what I was going to rate this book up until about 60% through it. At that point the only thought in my head was WOW! I cried, I laughed, I mourned. It was brilliant.

I love how SK integrates so many stories into one. While Talon and Sunshine took the stage all of the characters who me met in this one had their own special story just waiting to happen. I love it when an author can have us drooling over the next book before we have even finished the one we are reading.

Talon meets Sunshine after he saves her from Daimons. Little do they know it is all a part of some elaborate plan by some pretty evil dudes. It doesn't matter though. Fate has a way of working everything out. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the twists and turns of this book! It was fast paced full of action and even a little bit corny. But that's okay it all worked together so well.

I cannot wait to read the next book... Zarek seems very interesting.
