Hill's HOWTO on life hasn't survived the years very well. You have to constantly remind yourself this book was written in the first half of the twentieth century as you read through what would be today very politically incorrect.

Nevertheless, this book embodies excellent advice for everyone looking for a compact list of tried and true principles to live by for personal happiness and success. It reminds the reader constantly that success and wealth are not necessarily counted in US dollars.

The edition I purchased from Amazon was obviously OCR'd from an older manuscript and packed with OCR errors that obviously were not proofread very well.
