Didn't really learn anything new, but Pollan's thoughts on food mostly match up with my own. It's mostly a deeper look at the ideas he put forth in the NYT article a little while back. I don't disagree with much of what he says, and this is would be a good summary for those who want to look into his "Eat food. Not too much. Only plants" suggestion.
