Whoa momma was this book a wild ride! I was a little apprehensive about starting it, mainly because I'm not too much of a horror fan, and also because Stephen King recommended it so highly. (the only books from him that I like are The Stand and The Green Mile) In any case, the premise sounded too interesting to pass up, so I decided to delve into depravity and see what happened. Honestly, it was a very good book, not half as bad as I was expecting. I mean don't get me wrong; this book is distrubing and at some points downright terrifying, but in a fascinating way, not a gross way. This book was darkly ironic and was about how far some people will go to concieve a child. A very interesting and scary story!
