A good well written account of the detestation Scurvy claimed on the British navy and the long time it took to figure out how to avoid it - hence the term limeys - probably more than most want to read on the subject, but an interesting historical account of how disease affects history - in this case, unlikely the US Revolutionary War woulod have been won had the Brits not had thousands lost to scurvy.
