The One Wearing the Pants Makes the Rules!

Maggie Robinson’s newest release “Lord Gray’s List” it the first installment in her new List series. Set in 1820 London, Maggie pens a highly entertaining tale with characters that promise to keep you amused throughout! Baron Benton Alexander Dunbarton Gray is a Scottish born Lord, but upon his father’s early demise, had grown up in London with his English mother rather than in the crumbling old Castle Gray, his heritage, a circumstance he is grateful for daily. However, being a titled man of substance, as of late he is not feeling very grateful to be among those privileged to do as they please. For Benton Gray has more often then not lately found himself the subject of the locally published and in his mind (scandalous publication), known by all as The London List. The highly anticipated arrival of each Tuesday morning’s edition it seems, is lucky enough to find itself in the hands of many a member of the Ton or servant alike. To Ben’s chagrin, he discovers his household alone supports seven subscriptions, his mother the paper’s biggest champion. The latest copy has Ben in an uproar as once again splashed across the headline is his latest romantic encounter. The constant expunging of his character seems to carry the ring of personal vendetta. Determined to bring an end the attention so exclusively given him, Ben sets out to seek the one responsible. Little does Ben know he is in for a battle the likes of which compare to something found within the confines of Gentleman Jackson’s; Evangeline Ramsay.
