An enticing novel of Katherine Plantagenet (Richard III's illegitimate daughter) and Katherine Grey (the infamous Jane Grey's sister) and their lives 80 years apart. Their lives are similar in the fact that they are both trying to figure out what really happened to the princes in the tower, by Katherine Plantagenet's notes of her knowledge and the belief of her father's innocence, and Katherine Grey finding the notes in an abandoned chest in her first husband's house. The princes in the tower are one of England's most fascinating mysteries. Were they murdered on behalf of King Richard III? Or were they smuggled away for safety?
