really liked it

I'm going to be honest. The driving factor behind my reading of this is Sebastian and Hero's relationship. And by golly, was I pleased to see this proceed.

Romantic storyline aside, the mystery wasn't as riveting as I'd like it to be. Admittedly, this is quite subjective because I suppose my attention was directed elsewhere. However, it was still twisty and turn-ey enough to throw the scent off. And a good mystery (at least in my opinion), is one where the reader cannot pick out the culprit easily.

Also, who has had enough of Kat Boleyn? Hero fully got my R E S P E C T after she kicked arse. Several arses, to be precise.

In short, I enjoyed this instalment, but Hero and Sebastian's relationship is by far the motivating factor behind me placing the next book on hold at the library.
