Power (Faces of Evil, #3)
by Debra Webb (Goodreads Author)
I received my copy of the book this afternoon. Once I began reading it I couldn't put it down. Usually I can figure out twists or who did it fairly early in a book - not so with either of the cases Jess worked on. What I like the most with the series is Jess isn't the typical heroine that you find in most stories. She is older, knows what she wants, knows her own strengths and weaknesses, and despite the politics of her job, is determined to do the right thing - even if it Is at cost to herself. I'm not generally a fan of series books, but I'm looking forward to the next book's release in April.
