really liked it

This fanciful adventure gives a new spin on the old princess fantasies that we've all read. Literally allowing the characters to jump off the pages, The Great Good Thing shows the unseen relationships between readers and their books, and authors and their books. This book is fascinating, funny, and sad, and all I wish is that there was a sequel. No other book gives so much life to characters and the books they live in.
