Slightly Sinful is the most entertaining of the stories. Considering how we left Alleyne in Slightly Tempted, it was refreshing to find that this book continued with the humor that exemplified his character.

This book is fun! Alleyne wakes up with no memory in a whore house. Without the ability to find his home, he stays with Rachel and the women in the hopes of his memory returning. Of course things are never that simple.

Rachel is in need of collecting her jewels from her estranged uncle to repay a debt. Alleyne agrees to pose as her husband with the intent of tricking the uncle. While the fake marriage plot was used by Balogh before, this book has a different tone. I love how Alleyne's lose of memory helps him discover who he is as a man. Rachel is delightful as the heroine and the supporting cast are plane amusing.

This is a quick read with a lot of heart.
