Come Along, Daisy was an adorable story for younger kids that teaches a lesson about staying close to a parent or whoever they are out with. Daisy, the little duckling, gets lost when she finds herself distracted with frogs and dragonflies. She ends up all alone with some pretty scary creatures and like any young kid she gets terrified! Her mother finally finds her and they go on their way with Daisy following close behind her mother.
This book portrays a pretty obvious lesson and a simple one at that, but it is an important one for kids to learn early. Getting lost at a market or anywhere when you are young can be very intimidating and potentially dangerous. I would recommend this to parents everywhere to read to their children or students.
