I'm constantly looking for new information about health and how to lose some of this weight I've gained, and this book is packed with information. As a nursing student, though, between the health promotion, nutrition, physiology and biology courses I've taken, I already have most of this information. But for someone who hasn't taken all of these courses, this book had quite a bit of information explaining the why's behind the plan, including information on the different types of fat, and why other diet plans don't work.

The author includes plans for ab exercises and weight training. I wish he had included more specifics about the diet plan itself. All in all, though, I thought this was a fairly interesting book, if a bit dull at times.
