Amy Gonzalez haha! I bought this book last year because I was having some trouble. I don't think I got as much out of it, but I'll take another look.

N.A. Ratnayake Well, important qualifier: I haven't taught yet. For me, it brought up a lot of thoughts that I would not have considered otherwise, and I think that's a useful thing. I'm not sure how effective any of the individual strategies will be (but I suppose I'll have a chance real soon to find out) but the fact that it made me think about the different kinds of disciplinary issues at all in advance I think is helpful.
