I highly encourage listening to the unabridged CDs of this series. The readers (Derek Jacobi and Patrick Stewart to name a couple) were fabulous. The general rule of thumb to read the Chronicles of Narnia as a child, young adult and older adult is definitely something I can understand as our experiences mount and insights into the books grow deeper.]]>
