The second Locke Lamora book, Red Seas Under Red Skies is another excellent fantasy novel by Scott Lynch. It begins about two years after the first book (although the intervening time is filled in later by flashback), with Locke and Jean in the middle of another grand con. As in the first book, events beyond their control interrupt and then the race is on to see how many balls they can juggle while competing interests attempt to pull their strings. I found the ending particularly satisfying with a final amusing twist I didn't see coming. Looking forward to the next book.
