A young girl asks her grandmother what she will be when she grows up. She is filled with great ideas of how her grandmother can share her talents with the world. This simple conversational exchange celebrates the contributions each person can have in the world. It celebrates the realtionship between children and older adults, and gives great dignity to simple relational investments people make in one another. This would be a fantastic book to give as a gift, to read to volunteers, or to show thanks for someone who has given themselves away to other people.
