This was the one I liked the least in the series. It didn't reach my expectations and it seemed... unfulfilling somehow. The Prince didn't even really try to get his kingdom back here after all of his men's efforts. Sure, I can understand wanting a free, simple life but he has a duty to his people. I could scarcely believe he just went and followed his desires. Right. And the ending was a too tame. Sure, I'm glad they ended up together and they're living happily but... I don't know! I feel it's missing something! Can't explain my feelings about it; I just know the ending is wrong. I still love the series though.

By the way, is it just me or does Deryn look like the girl playing Katniss in Hunger Games in this cover?
