it was amazing
bookshelves: paranormal-fantasy, romance-y, youngadult
Read in April, 2009

I'm sad to know that this was the last book in Clare's trilogy, but found that I liked the way she wrapped the story up. I sort of expected a turn of events and enjoyed seeing the character Sebastian in action. I did find that Clary reminded me of Bella in Twilight in this last book, I just wanted to smack her a few times. I definitely prefer Simon as a vampire too... Overall, great book with lots of violence and a hint of romance.

Sara ♥ You know this is not the last book, right? There's supposed to be a 4th one (City of Fallen Angels), but it will be focused on Simon, not Clary...

Kristen Lame... lol

Kristen Sorry, I just hate when you think it's a trilogy and then they throw in another book. I'm personally ready for the next series.. now!

Sara ♥ Yeah, I know what you mean. In the inside of City of Glass, it says "last in the trilogy" or whatever. And then there's a Book 4? Liars!!!

Reema Im only on the first book of this series and i already can't stand simon!!!!!

Sara ♥ You can't stand him????? :( So sad! He gets better....

Reema He's a rat at the minute!!!! I'll take your word for it and let you know if my mind changes! Love Jace at the minute!

Sara ♥ Well, yeah! He's not very exciting as a rat! ;) I didn't like Jace until a little bit before the garden scene. You'll see.

Reema ok just finished them all!!!!!
OMG love them. Simon is sooooo kool as a vampire and still totally love jace.
