Interesting plot but starting to feel a bit repetitive. Unfortunately, I think I am wholly to blame. I read an interesting article the other day about our culture's propensity for instant gratification combined with mass consumption when it comes to movies and books. The marathon sessions in which one reads an entire book series or watches an entire season's worth of tv episodes seem like a good, even great, idea. "I want it all and I want it now!" Unfortunately, like a child that tries to eat their entire hoard of Halloween candy on the night itself, that's not how it's supposed to work. We're meant to wait a bit. To let the tension and excitement build. To forget how much we love a character, or an author's voice, or a director's cinematic style, so that we may be reminded and fall in love all over again.

Bottom line: I very much liked this installment, and plan to read the fourth but only after some time has passed.
