While this book is pretty long, I thought it was worth it. I never quite appreciated the role Truman played in reshaping the country post WWII. People forget the extradordinary challenges Truman faced as president...more than most presidents had to deal with up to that point in history. I also enjoyed the insight into who he was as a person. Very interesting. I would recommend to any history buffs.
