eh. See, here's the thing... it's an ok book on bringing ideas about how to pamper your spouse to light but I can't say that it was Biblically sound or inspired. I would have liked to read more about the sanctity of marriage and where it comes in to play with my relationship with God. I also think that the metaphors were WAY over used.

That being said: it reminded me a lot of what my spouse does for me, and how to say thank you. It honestly was pretty interesting in the way that it does sort of break down how certain people express their love. IE: I hinted at how dirty the dishes were and instead of doing the dishes, you went out and bought me a new set of them. What the hell?

Well, hey, maybe that person's expression of love wasn't exactly acts of service, maybe it was gift giving.

That was a terrible example but the best I could think of right now. :P Either way, it's short enough that you won't be pissed off if you got little to nothing, and I don't regret reading it. Anything to add a new perspective is welcomed.
