How dare they? HOW DARE THEY? How dare they write a horrendously bad Egyptian novel?

The writing was slow at the start - agonizingly slow - and the end was `sort-of' interesting. But not enough to make me read the sequel.

The plot was boring - agonizingly BORING. Friesner was this close on making me hate Egyptian Novels. Just because she ruined a Nefertiti story that SHOULD have rocked my world.

I didn't like Nefertiti. I thought Nefertiti was just a scared brat that thought she was right about everything. I didn't like any of the other characters, either. None of them where very helpful, they we're just there for the sake of being there.

So, in the simplest words I can muster; this book was truly an awful book.
I wouldn't suggest it.
