** spoiler alert ** I have come to the decision that James Dashner must want for us to fill in the blanks ourselves. And that makes me feel better. I was left feeling empty after the whole Teresa death/ life with Brenda thing.... until it occurred to me that Teresa never made any lasting connections with the gladers, because she was in a coma. Thomas DID. And that is what changed him, making him not want his memories, and fighting WICKED. I don't think Teresa ever left the side of WICKED, because her experience in the Glade didn't change her as it did Thomas.

In The Kill Order- (if I am filling in the gaps myself) I think that DeeDee is Teresa. She made lasting connections with people who died from the flare. This would have made her set in her resolve to see the Trials through. Just the same as Thomas and his lasting connection to Gladers who died.... therefore setting his resolve to see WICKED ended.

I think I have my closure..(finally)...And it's awesome.

Blair I was assuming Deedee was Teresa also. Some clarification in the book would have been nice.
